^{SOP can be supplied as low dust to produce NPK compound fertilizers if the content of chloride ions required is less than 3%. This kind of compound fertilizers are sulphur based and are suitable for application to chlorine-sensitive plants, such as tobacco, potatoes, sweet potatoes, sugar cane, watermelon, grapes, oranges, beets, apples, tea, cabbage, peppers, lettuce, spinach, and beans. SOP can also be supplied in granular form, it is made by an extrusion granulation process. It is also water soluble and can be applied directly to the crops.}
